Chris discusses the 5 steps he uses to create niche websites which market his affiliate links as well as his own products.

He has a refreshing way of writing which speaks to you as an intelligent person and leaves the hype behind.

• In the first step, he discusses how to identify a niche with REAL demand and shows you that it is a mistake to 'follow your passion' as is widely touted in the SEO industry.


• Step no 2 explains that you need to identify BUYERS and the terms they use to search inside your chosen niche.


• 3rd step: He creates shareware and freeware software which he then makes available to software directories so he can market them virally and shows you how to do it properly without resorting to spamming methods. (No, he is not a programmer and you don't need to be one either.)


• Step no 4: Clear explanation of how he uses his small-site blueprint to create targeted mini-sites and content focused on PROFITABLE keywords, and then shows you that you just need to repeat these steps to make a profitable site a recipe for success.


• The last step discusses the fact that the real money lies in creating your own info (or other ) product and attracting top affiliates to market it for you.

Negative traits of 'Confessions of a lazy super affiliate'.

• Not enough content
  I would have loved to see more content in this ebook.
  Even though the price is more reasonable than any other SEO ebook out there and he gives a tremendous amount of information available on his salespage ,
  I am left wanting to know more about how he does it, so would have loved to see more documentation.


• Software creation and submission information too vague
  Again, because he makes such a strong case, I am left wanting to know more, so would have appreciated a more fleshed-out section with examples of how to create the
  software he makes and the steps involved in marketing it and the logic of how it drives traffic back to his site.
  I have in the meantime found other sites and info-products detailing that information (review coming soon), but it would have been a welcome addition to this ebook.


• He knocks Adsense
  In his material, he calls Adsense 'marketing for dummies' because he feels that you are wasting your time if you are focusing your time on adsense sites.
  It made sense at the time of reading, but afterwards I did rethink it and don't completely agree.
  
  I'd think that finding more than one way to monetize your site could only be beneficial.

Positive aspects of 'Confessions of a lazy super affiliate'

• Refreshing writing-style
  Whether he does it as a marketin ploy or whether it is his genuine way of communicating, he has me hooked on his no-hype style of writing.
  Have a look at one of the last lines in his salespage:
  "P.S. Normally, this is where I'm supposed to add in a bunch of (fake) price-increase warnings, urgency and in general, some strong hype to try and push you over the edge."
  
  It is a nice break to be treated like an intelligent person for a change in the internet marketing realm.


• Pre-buy information
  He already lays out his 5 methods on his salespage, you end up wondering if this is not harming his sales potential.


• Price (US$ 29.95)
  Lower than any related info-product out there.
  A realistic price is in keeping with his no-hype strategy and wanting to make it available to everyone who can't afford the $997 'home-study courses' is commendable.
